    Hari lives in the world of people possibilities and have excellent people skills. He understand and care about people, and have a special talent for bringing out the best in others. He is also good in understanding, supporting, and encouraging others. Hari make things happen for people, and get personal satisfaction from it. Very straight-forward and honest and have a great amount of ability to do many different things. He is generally bright, full of potential, energetic and fast-paced. Usually good at anything which captures his interest.

    Hari is externally focused so it is important for him to spend time alone. He has a tendency to be hard on himself and turn to dark thoughts when alone. So sometimes he avoids being alone, and engage in activities involving other people. Hari also tend to define his life's direction and priorities according to other people's needs which results to neglecting his own needs. Despite all of that, Hari still has definite values and opinions that he can express clearly and succinctly. These beliefs will be expressed as long as it's not too personal. He is very expressive and open, but is more focused on being responsive and supportive of others. When faced with a conflict between a strongly-held value and serving another person's need, he will likely value the other person's needs.

    Being young and finding himself in a sudden new environment and change of role, Hari has difficulty making good decisions, and may rely heavily on other people in decision-making processes. Sometimes he does not see possibilities, and judges things too quickly based on established value systems or social rules, without really understanding the current situation. He is also prone on being extremely sensitive to criticism, and to have the tendency to worry excessively and feel guilty. He also tends to be very manipulative and controlling with others but doesn't really go well.

★ H i s t o r y:


    Hari is a 15 year old High School student, studying in a private Christian high school around the Manila area. He has a normal loving family. Salary man father, housewife mother, and a little sister. He loves his family and lives pretty normal life.

    One day, news started to spread about recent killings. A gruesome and inhuman way of killings. It is believed that these are not done by the hands of men, but rather brings called Aswangs. (What's an aswang?) Locals therefore concluded that it might be done by ASWANGS which plagued the land since the start of time.

    As the rumors grew bigger everyday, Hari's friends dared him to do the "spell" they found in an old library book. They were kids, sort of "I-want-to-be-a-hero" type and learned about a local myth to drive away the aswangs. This is what's indicated on the book which seems most relevant to their purpose:

    Tansong krus na binasbasan
    Sa pulang tela'y ibalot
    Sa ilalim ng punong balete ilibing
    Ang yong nais ay tutuparin

    (Translation: Blessed cross of bronze
    Wrapped in red cloth
    To bury under the balete tree
    Your wish, it will fulfill)

    Upon learning of the bronze cross located in their school church. Hari borrowed the cross after their school mass and decided to commence the deed on their up coming field trip to Mt. Makiling (Where there is an abundance of balete tree). Therey also dared him to do an Anting-anting ritual first before doing the spell. (What is an anting-anting?)

    There are various ways to obtain an anting-anting. But the most popular one is by finding a teardrop coming out of the banana bud, and patiently wait for it to drop into your mouth, on a FULL MOON. Hari was lucky enough to find one. Believing to be invincible he was set to do what has to be done.

    Finally the day of the field trip arrived. Hari readied himself for what he's about to do. As soon as they arrived at Mt. Makiling he sneaked away and buried the cross in the biggest balete tree he could find. So the deed is done and he had won.

    Or so he thought...

    Upon arriving in school, it seems that he got caught for stealing the cross. He explained himself to the parishioners and was told to repent and make a confession in Quiapo church, in front of the Black Nazarene. As he was walking in the streets of Carriedo, something caught his eye. It was a blood red stone, a pendant, that is shaped like an anatomical heart with black blood vessel like veins encircling it. There were thorns all over. As he picked it up he pricked himself with its thorns and with bloodied hands he held the stone that seems to be beating in his hand.

    Little did he know that he just completed the succession ritual. The cross, the full moon, and with his blood as the last requirement, his fate is sealed...

    ...As the new King of Kabilang Mundo.A kingdom of creatures Hari thought existed only as stories and superstition that would scare people. He now rules over the aswang, the maligno, the engkantos and all of things we thought to be just a myth. He is now their ruler and king.

    Fast forward to a year later.

    Hari has become the ruler of Kabilang Mundo but others did not want nor accept a human to rule them all. Factions were formed, some are loyal to the king while others try to usurp his throne or kill him. As the the strife becomes more and more intense and Hari's life was put on the line, they decided to escape from their hidden kingdom and venture into the world to secure the King and plan on how to end everything once and for all.

    They found refuge in the circus called Cirque des Reves. Disguised and hiding as regular circus workers while plotting during their free time...

    -Hari's physical appearance fluctuates due to his inability to control his acquired engkanto body. Sometimes he looks as if he's 13 and sometimes his real age, which is 16.
    -Hari didn't come to the circus with his loyal subjects. They scattered to different places with a decoy in order for his location to be muddled. He is only accompanied by his trusted servant Cilya who is a shape-shifter and also serves as the communication link between him and his subjects.
    -Cilya is the chair Hari is sitting at. He won't be used as character but will be mentioned.
